  • Insights into health systems: How do health systems differ in regulation, access, payor environments? What impact does this have on organisation of providers for specialist and primary care? What are the key levers to influence uptake height and speed of uptake? How to successfully launch and develop your products across different markets?
  • Insights into AI, data and digital: What is the regulatory environment covering AI, digital and data? What are the opportunities and challenges in using AI digital and data for evidence generation and for supporting pathway transformation and uptake? What is the availability of data and how can it be accessed? What do you need to know about the exiciting topic of information governance?
  • Insights into Health Technology Assessment (HTA): What are the tests and evidence required for HTA in the different markets across EU and Canada? How does market access work from regulatory approval through HTA and reimbursement? What do you do once you have approval?

Our approach

We believe that people learn best when they are engaged and when the training resonates with their experience and understanding. Our training packages are carefully designed to:

Building on our knowledge and experience, our training encourages colleagues to explore how the knowledge gained can be applied to real-world problems

With colleagues encouraged to think about “what next” using tools such as next step planning, developing 30 day targets, setting goals and designing action plans

By bringing colleagues together to jointly learn and work through collective issues

With sessions designed so colleagues can share best practice and learn from each other’s experience

We have many tried and tested tools and techniques to support flexible, engaging and high quality training:

From across England and the world, many of which have been led and/or implemented by our expert trainers

From inside and outside CF through expert panels and videocasts from NHS leaders and senior NHS clinicians

To share our knowledge and experience

Using real-life case studies throughout the training, comparing what works and what doesn’t, and learning from real-life examples
To give colleagues the opportunity to learn from each other, discuss materials and collectively address questions
With colleagues having the chance to use tools in a supportive, learning environment
