He worked across Oncology, Inflammation and Thrombolytics, working between industry and fostering strong relationships with providers, regulators and national bodies with additional experience in payer policy through organisations including ABPI, NHSE and NICE.

Prithwiraj has also been a member of NICE committees for the last 6 years. Most recently, as standing member of NICE Technology Appraisal Committee, a central group regulating the access of medical technologies over England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Prior to this, Prithwiraj was a standing member of the NICE Safe Staffing Committee as a Health Economist.

Combined with his deep experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Prithwiraj has several years of broad consulting experience to compliment this. Most recently, he has consulted in the UK and globally to provide strategic direction and drive execution excellence. He was part of the start-up stages of PRMA consulting from a size of 8 to 80 consultants and associates.

Prithwiraj trained as a medical doctor (MBBS, Gold Medallist) and has a programming background. He has also a master’s degree in International Health Policy from the London School Economics (LSE), and executive accreditation in negotiations from the Cambridge Judge Business School (CJBS).

Outside of his work in life sciences, Prithwiraj enjoys long walks, shorter runs, and reading in parks. He is also grateful to his friends for every support and introducing him to boat life.

Prithwiraj joins us with the strong belief that CF’s deep strategic and execution focussed work with the NHS, along with a strong Data Innovation offering, will make a compelling case for better collaboration between the Life Sciences sector and health systems like the NHS and others, ultimately benefiting patients and populations worldwide.
