CF enjoyed a successful night at last week’s MCA awards, where we took home the gong for ‘Change Management in the Public Sector’ for our work with Devon STP.

During our work, we supported Devon Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP) to create a compelling shared vision, establish strong regional leadership and develop, consult on, and implement a new care model.

Devon has historically struggled to provide healthcare that meets the needs of their population, however, the partnership between CF and the STP saw a range of successes. During this period, improvements were seen in quality, access and the system finances. One specific change involved alteration to the community hospital care model, which is now delivering an annual recurrent saving of £5 million, and improving the care of 600 patients every year.

In addition to winning an award, CF were also finalists in the ‘Best New Consultancy’ and ‘Best Project’ categories. The night was another step in a successful year for CF, having already won awards for ‘Consultancy of the Year’ and ‘Best Provider of Healthcare Analytics’ at the HSJ Partnership Awards 2018.
