Hannah is one of the CF founders. She is the Chief Executive and continues to deliver client services acting as the Accountable Partner or Expert Partner on engagements.
Since 2013, she has steered the development of CF to the award-winning organisation it is today. Building a company dedicated to improving healthcare through the delivery of management consulting and data services and products.
In supporting our clients, Hannah has an exceptional track record of motivating people and organisations to deliver transformational change. She provides in-depth experience of strategy development and delivery, organisational development and change, financial and economic analysis, building capability and motivation, and navigating complex local and national politics. She provides leadership across the breadth of our client services.
Prior to founding CF, Hannah was an executive in the NHS and has also held positions in the Department of Health. Hannah delivered major programmes of strategic change, including ‘Healthcare for London’ a system strategy for health and care in the capital, which is renowned for having delivered considerable improvements in services such as stroke and trauma care.
Hannah is a member of the Kings Fund General Advisory Council, a non-executive director for Lantum and a visiting professor at Imperial College London. Hannah is a co-author of the book Healthcare for London: Reflections on Leadership, Lessons and Legacy. And has been recognised as one of the top 100 women in healthcare leadership.
Ben is co-founder and Managing Partner at CF, where he leads our work in Life Sciences and Data Innovation.
Over the last two decades Ben has worked across with health systems and life sciences companies on multiple continents. He has worked from national to local levels of health systems on strategy, transformation and development. He has worked in many areas including primary care, diabetes, cardiovascular, cancer, mental health as well as population health management more broadly.
Since 2014 he has supported the development of CF as an award-winning healthcare company operating in management consulting and data services and products.
Over the past two years Ben has led CF work to use data to support the UK’s response to Covid, vaccination of the country, recovery and addressing health inequalities.
Ben’s main focus now is supporting life sciences companies with the uptake of innovation in health systems and in enabling the use of data and digital to transform care and improve outcomes.
Prior to CF, Ben was a Senior Partner at McKinsey, where he served healthcare clients all over the world and led Integrated Care across Europe.
Ben is originally from Canada, and studied at both Princeton and Harvard. Outside of his work, he is an occasional cyclist, a consistent wine enthusiast, and a lover of travel and spending time on the water and in the outdoors.
Bev is our Deputy CEO and a Partner at CF and leads on all our finance and business case related work.
Since graduating with a first in English and Applied Social Sciences from University of Kent, she has followed her passion working in Health and Care and progressed from the NHS Finance Management Training scheme to being a well respected and successful CFO, particularly recognised for being able to convert complex financial aspects into something that is practical and understood. She has worked in acute, community, mental health providers, in commissioning and with regulators.
Over the past two years, Bev has led on the development of a number of successful business cases ranging from hospital redevelopment in Guernsey to a health and well being hub and supported a number of organisations as part of the new hospital development programme. She has also led on supporting systems and organisations to understand their financial positions and what is driving them to enable them transform sustainably. Her main areas of work currently are in understanding the use of Mental Health resources, integrated impact assessments and continued business case development. She is also part of the national learning and development training delivery team on service redevelopment.
Bev is a mum of three and outside of work enjoys travel, theatre and cinema going, rugby union (watching not playing, although her youngest daughter does) and spending time with family and friends. She is also occasionally known to tread the boards in the village players productions.
Dr Jo Andrews is a Partner at CF, bringing clinical expertise to our NHS consulting, life sciences and data innovation practices. He spent 23 years as a practicing clinician, training in London before taking up a Consultant anaesthetist post in Sussex. He combined this with a range of leadership and management positions including Chief Operating Officer, Director of Strategy and Deputy Chief Executive in a large multi-site acute hospital trust.
Jo has led clinical services at a regional level, necessitating broad stakeholder engagement, and major service reconfigurations across sites to achieve service sustainability and clinical standards.
At CF, Jo’s major areas of interest are clinical strategy development, pathway and transformation, and workforce planning. Engaging and developing clinical leaders is at the heart of his approach to each of these, and improving the lives of patients and staff in healthcare is what energises him at work.
Away from CF, Jo is a keen cook, enthusiastic member of his local amateur dramatic society and reluctant follower of Tottenham Hotspur. He lives in Sussex with his wife and adult sons, as well as an assortment of animals who regularly appear on conference calls.
Kevin is a Partner at CF, and part of the leadership of our healthcare consultancy practice.
A highly analytical, strategic thinker and change management leader with a drive to make real sustainable improvements in the organisations he supports. With over 20 years of organisational leadership experience, 15 of those within healthcare across the public and private sector. He has extensive experience of supporting organisations to change, including developing strategies, the redesign and reconfiguration of services and delivering operational change at local, regional and national levels. He is experienced in working across the healthcare landscape with leadership, clinical and operational teams alike.
Kevin thrives on working across whole systems and has recently been working with organisations within an ICS to balance community and mental health services to need, he has also supported at place level to implement PHM practical methodologies into PCNs and at a national level to support capacity evaluation of services at local, regional and national levels to support recovery.
Prior to joining CF Kevin worked in supply chain consultancy across Europe, and north and south America and in health consultancy for The Health Works, Finnamore, and GE Healthcare which have enabled him to work for many clients delivering operational change, people change and embedding the enabling technology. He has also worked as a Director in the NHS for 5 years at what is now a place and ICS region ultimately supporting a whole system reconfiguration.
Kevin is a keen cyclist, with the last year putting more miles on his bike than his car. Good for both his waistline and our commitment to being carbon neutral.
Tessa is a Partner at CF, working across NHS consulting, life sciences and data innovation practices.
Tessa was a HSJ Top 100 Influential Leaders Wild Card in 2020, and brings 24 years of NHS management and health consulting experience nationally and internationally, spanning national, regional and local levels. She has a wealth of experience in the NHS and the private sector, including most recently the Vaccine Taskforce, where she led logistics, security and supply chain and the interface with deployment partners and setting up the design and planning for the covid vaccine programme in NHS England.
This national experience sits amongst a huge breadth of further leadership experience, including being the Director of Performance and Improvement for NHSE/I London region and Director of Delivery for NHS England overseeing NHS RightCare national programme and the set up of a Delivery Unit. Tessa also brings over 10 years of consultancy experience, having founded and led Spinnaker Health Consulting and Right Place Consulting Ltd., and prior to that came from a background in NHS operational experience in Acute hospitals.
Outside of her work in healthcare, Tessa is a keen sailor and cyclist, having completed multiple charity cycles from London to Paris, London to Amsterdam, and Isle of Wight.
Scott is an Associate Partner at CF leading our work in Life Sciences.
Scott brings over 10 years of experience working across both the Life Sciences Industry and NHS. Scott’s interests lie at the intersection of the Life Sciences industry and healthcare systems. He supports Life Science clients in understanding how the NHS functions and where there are opportunities for partnership. He helps them redesign pathways to work more efficiently taking advantage of the latest innovations in both medicine and digital technology. He also has a keen interest in using the wealth of healthcare data available to accelerate the uptake of innovation, be that through data enabled clinical trials, or through the use of real-world evidence to measure uptake.
Phil is an Associate Partner at CF leading our work with Integrated Care Systems
Phil brings over 10 years of consulting experience working with NHS commissioners, providers and care systems. Phil has a particular interest in the development of Integrated Care Systems, working at place, provider collaborative and system-wide levels. He helps people connect population need with strategic priorities, care model design and collaborative working. He also supports work on population health management and organisational design. Phil also acted as a tutor on the NHS Leadership Academy, supported senior managers and clinical leads to develop their leadership capabilities.
Prior to CF Phil worked at KPMG in the UK advising NHS clients. He has a PhD in neuropharmacology and is a qualified management accountant.
Outside of work Phil enjoys running several times a week, getting through as many books as possible and travelling again now that the pandemic is receding.
Will is an Associate Partner and leads our Data Innovation team.
Will brings together the consulting toolkit with agile product management and data science to help CFs clients make better decisions with data. He brings over ten years of experience embedding statistics and machine learning in software solutions.
Will’s interests lie in democratising data to enable local decision makers to provide optimal care. He has lead the development of solutions for simulating hospital performance, demand and capacity planning for the pandemic and delivering equitable vaccine uptake.
Prior to CF will worked at BCG as a Senior Data scientists as well as two machine learning startups. He has BA in Physiological Sciences from the University of Oxford, an MSc in Medical Statistics from UCL and is an RSS Chartered Statistician.
Dr. Zahra Safarfashandi is an Associate Partner at Carnall Farrar. She is a clinician and an experienced healthcare management consultant.
Prior to working at CF, Zahra was a core member of the Deloitte healthcare team working with regulators, providers and commissioners to deliver complex transformation programmes.
As a junior doctor with experience working in a clinical setting, designing and regulating healthcare apps and conducting pharmaceutical and clinical research, Zahra has developed a a good understanding of the multi-faceted challenges facing the NHS.
Her skills include strategy development, programme management and change management in addition to strong problem solving skills, communication skills and a broad knowledge of healthcare in the UK.
Kirsty is responsible for CF Corporate Operations, including overseeing governance for the company, the assistant function and facilities management. She works closely with the Chief Executive and Chairman to ensure that the strategy is being delivered effectively, with sound governance arrangements in place to achieve this.
Kirsty graduated from UCL where she attained a BSc in Human Sciences.
Kirsty has spent most of her career in the NHS, with roles ranging from clinical duties to private office roles. She joined CF permanently in 2017, after leading recruitment and development of the corporate team for the company on an interim basis during the period of rapid growth.
Andrew is responsible for the finance function at CF, incorporating accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly management accounts, payroll, expenses, budgeting and the company’s financial statements.
He trained as a chartered accountant at a small central London Accountancy firm, having graduated from the University of Reading where he studied accountancy and finance and achieved his ACA qualification in 2007.
Andrew previously worked for Moore Stephens as an audit supervisor and since then he has held financial controller roles in a variety of industries including property, financial services and consultancy. He has over 10 years of post-qualified experience.
Joel is responsible for the Business Development function at CF. He works with Partners and Principals to develop CF’s responses to competitive tenders and identifies potential new opportunities for the business.
Joel graduated from Cardiff University where he attained a BA in Business Management and Economics.
Joel previously participated in the management consulting graduate scheme at KPMG where he was focussed on finance transformations of FMCG and retail clients. Joel has held roles for a small consulting firm supporting telecom clients.
Andrea is responsible for the Human Resources department at CF, leading and driving the recruitment strategy, performance management and talent assessment, developing the training and development strategy, providing consultation on workforce planning, budgets and labour relations. He works closely with the Managing Partners to effectively plan, design, develop and evaluate human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals.
Andrea graduated in Communication Sciences in Italy at Universita’ dell’Insubria, subsequently achieving a master’s degree in Human Resources from Il Sole 24 Ore Business School. He also got the PAC certification at HRSE of Lugano in Switzerland and he is a CIPD member.
Andrea has worked in various industry and countries, but has consolidated his experience into consulting. In particular, he managed the HR function of an international accountancy firm for 6 years where he was mainly involved in the group strategy and local declination. He joined CF at the beginning of 2020 to support the quick company growth and to reinforce the long-term HR strategy.
Evelina has joined CF as a Head of Recruitment and is responsible for attracting and recruiting diverse talent. Throughout her recruitment career she has recruited across data, engineering, consulting disciplines within Big 4 and boutique consulting organisations.
She is passionate about equity, diversity, and inclusion, and creating a level playing field on opportunity for all. Evelina likes to ensure first-class candidate experience and
challenging the hiring status quo.
Outside of work, Evelina’s young family keeps her active and busy. She enjoys an occasional Zumba and is passionate about DIY and upcycling furniture.
Feargus is a CIMA qualified Senior Manager who is passionate about helping the NHS to solve its most complex problems by using data to drive decision making, and deliver sustainable results. He has helped to drive national workforce strategy, set the strategic vision and priorities for an ICS, and quantify the impact of better allocation of Mental Health funding. Outside of work, Feargus has recently become a father, although still tries to get out to the tennis court when his daughter allows him!
Will joined CF’s Lifesciences practice after prior consulting roles at McKinsey in London, where he was a founding member of the McKinsey Hospital Institute, and at BCG in the US, where he was a manager focused on health care transformations. In between these roles Will spent 5 years in leadership positions in early-stage health tech companies in the USA. At the beginning of his career, Will studied medicine at Imperial College and practiced in London hospitals for 4 years. At CF he has worked on a wide range of projects for Lifescience and provider clients. Outside of work, Will enjoys being with his family, building things, and dreaming about spending more time in boats.
Chris is a senior data scientist with a background in statistics and software engineering for health and life sciences research. His CF work has included multiple national-level projects, such as making high profile tools for analysing and improving health inequalities. He is motivated to develop innovative technologies that benefit patients. Outside work, he enjoys swimming, art exhibitions and playing with data science hobby projects.
Bec is a Data Scientist, and a member of the CF Data Innovation team. She holds a PhD in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, and specialises in building accurate models that balance system complexity and explainability. She has worked on projects for NHSE’s Chief Data and Analytics Office, using statistical and machine learning methods to test hypothesis on current performance and trends in Covid-19 recovery, as well as on building CF’s internal data products. In her spare time, Bec loves creative hobbies like painting, baking and knitting.
Hansa is a Senior Product Manager at CF. She has extensive experience in leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver a portfolio of software applications that are user friendly, innovative and cost-effective, underpinned by alignment to the technology strategy. She also has extensive experience in adhering to internal quality and regulatory compliance, important aspects of data privacy and security, product performance and availability, and industry-specific risks.
Hansa has recently led the development of CF’s Insights and Collaboration Engine (ICE), a workflow application developed working closely with NHS Sussex, to enable ICSs to develop an evidence-based long-term strategy, set priorities and monitor and evaluate performance quantitatively.
Hansa began her career in KPMG, working with global pharmaceutical companies and the NHS as a Chartered Accountant. She then moved on to technology roles, including working with Healthtech start-ups, before moving to CF to pursue her passion for healthcare.
Guy is a Manager, who joined CF following his time as a communications specialist within the NHS. Since joining CF, Guy has worked on a range of projects spanning financial improvement, clinical strategies and ICS development. Guy takes a leading role in progressing the ED&I agenda at CF and has a passion for supporting clients to resolve health inequalities and inequities. Outside of work Guy enjoys cooking for friends, walking his dog and visiting indie music venues.
When I joined CF as an analyst I already had a varied academic and work background. I studied geography as an undergraduate and also did a masters in international development and emerging economies. My previous jobs included healthcare marketing and technology consulting. There are a number of reasons I joined CF, ranging from the inspirational leadership to the values that CF upholds. My main driver though, was to ensure I could pursue my passion for healthcare within a fast paced and stimulating work environment, and CF seemed like the perfect fit.
Since starting at CF, I haven’t looked back, with my CF journey seeing me progress from analyst to manager, complete a number of extremely interesting projects supporting NHS clients across the country and contribute towards the corporate growth of the company. Particular projects that stand out for me include supporting a health system with addressing patient flow issues over the challenging winter months, supporting London with their Covid-19 planning during the initial months of the pandemic and supporting the national breast screening programme with restoring their service in the wake of Covid-19. Across each of these projects I have engaged with clients ranging from front line staff to board level executives, developed data analytics skills, planned and supported the running of workshops and created reports that have helped inform critical decision making processes.
One of CFs greatest strengths is it’s people. The culture is one of collaboration and support, where asking for help is encouraged and challenges are there to be solved collectively. When you join CF, you won’t have to wait long before you are on your first project and this is exactly what I wanted at the start of my healthcare consulting career. I had the opportunity to learn on the job, underpinned by a bespoke training offer and an extremely supportive set of colleagues who’s primary aim has always been to help me thrive.
Asha is a Manager who has worked across multiple health and care systems, engaging with clinicians and other stakeholders to develop, implement and embed new models and pathways of care. She joined CF from a clinical background, working as a junior doctor in London. Whilst at CF, Asha has worked on developing strategies from surgical services across a large acute trust to provider collaboratives across an ICS. Outside of work, Asha spends her time binge-watching reality TV, sharing wine and small plates with friends and listening to true crime podcasts.
Charlotte is a Manager who joined CF after completing a masters in International Health Management. She has worked on a range of different projects ranging from operational improvements, working with systems across the country to develop strategies and supporting the development of business cases such as the stroke reconfiguration in Kent and Medway.
Olivia is a Manager who is passionate about making a difference for patients. She joined CF after reading Classics, where she combined her interests in the ancient world and healthcare by writing her Master’s thesis on medicine in Roman Britain. Her experience at CF includes strategy development, design of new care models for hospital, community and mental health services, and business case support. In her spare time, Olivia enjoys walking and is a keen gardener.
Nirav is an experienced management consultant with a background in acute service redesign, he is passionate about improving patient experience and health outcomes.
He has worked extensively with acute Trusts across the UK to deliver successful change and performance improvement programmes. Nirav builds strong relationships with his clients working in partnership to deliver sustainable and impactful change.
Kaitlin is a Manager at CF with healthcare consulting experience in the UK and US. She has a background in strategic planning, organisational design, facility planning, and strategic partnerships and has worked for both national and system level clients. In her free time, Kaitlin enjoys running, skiing, watching cooking shows and traveling.
Rhys is a Senior Consultant who joined CF after completing an undergraduate medicine course and a dissertation in medical ethics. He is a specialist in using analytics to drive operational change, supporting transformation programmes across the NHS. He has supported NHS England with planning independent sector activity and recently undertook a secondment in the Whittington hospital, transforming community services and developing virtual wards. Rhys is passionate about learning and development, supporting the development and delivery of training courses across CF. In his free time, Rhys plays rugby, enjoys skiing and is part of the CF netball team.
Libby is a Manager who joined CF with a background in health and life sciences policy and strategy development. She has experience from across different sectors including industry, academia and Government, having worked on a range of areas that span the breadth of health, from uptake of digital innovation in the NHS through to national strategies for addressing health inequalities and public health system reform. These include projects on sharing of patient data in the NHS, the use of real world evidence in pharmaceutical development and the creation of the new Government Office for Health Improvement and Disparities. In her spare time, Libby enjoys developing her creative side in weekly drawing classes, and keeping active through tennis and hiking.
Ozlem is an experienced UX/UI designer at CF with a multidisciplinary education background to design user centered products through a creative approach. She combines user experience design with user friendly interfaces to create a visual identity that fits in each product’s unique nature. Ozlem has worked across several companies in England and has experience supporting product design & development process with a great interest in healthcare and life sciences. Before joining CF, Ozlem won design awards in various design competitions and completed her PhD in design theory research. Outside of work, Ozlem enjoys travelling and creating digital artwork.
Hannah is a Senior Consultant who joined CF from a background in public sector change management, and is passionate about ED&I and driving transformation within the NHS. She has worked on projects from national through to system level, such as working in NHSE’s Chief Data and Analytics Office, and developing a case for change for St Mark’s Hospital. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys playing video games, watching live music and keeping active as much as possible!
Remi is a Senior Consultant who joined CF after qualifying as an accountant and with a background in public sector financial and operational transformation. She is very passionate about addressing health inequalities and the NHS’ vision to do this. Her project experience varies from finance transformation at an ICS level as well as supporting NHSE innovate within the Life Sciences space. Remi loves a team sport and plays in a netball league as well spending time (poorly) managing her FPL team!
Yemi is a Senior Consultant with a background in technology strategy, IT operating model and organisation design and technology implementation. His experience across Life Sciences and Healthcare includes developing value propositions for digital health technologies, evaluating the implementation of AI/ML technologies in NHS Trusts and developing workforce supply and demand modelling across the NHS.
Yemi enjoys keeping fit by playing and coaching football regularly.
Lien is a Technical Data Analyst who works in CF’s Data Innovation team, with previous experience in the NHS and private healthcare in a data analytics role and holds a Masters degree in Big Data. At CF, she has worked on the development of product tools and its data warehouse. Outside of work, Lien enjoys travelling and baking.
Finn is a Technical Data Analyst who joined CF after graduating from UCL with a degree in Physics and Statistics. While here, he has enjoyed being able to apply his interest in statistical modelling to working to improve healthcare, and learning more about the techniques used in data analysis for the NHS. In his own time, Finn enjoys playing football and dodgeball, reading, and playing dungeons and dragons.
Farhan is an Analyst at CF. He joined CF after graduating with a master’s in physics from Imperial College London where he was involved in research on the application of network theory on placental vasculature in abnormal births. Since joining CF Farhan has supported multiple projects involving engagement with senior leaders in health and care.

Talia is a Consultant at CF who joined as an Analyst in September 2019. She has worked on a wide range of projects including a trust level clinical strategy, ICS clinical leadership development and supporting the use of the Independent Sector across the NHS. Talia is passionate about inclusivity in the workplace and to support this has developed an internship at CF to enable people from different backgrounds to get exposure to consulting. Outside of work, Talia enjoys musical theatre and running, including her mission to complete all of the parkruns in London.
Emma is an Analyst at CF with interests in patient safety, digital transformation and innovative solutions to improve NHS service provision and productivity. She joined CF after training as a Pharmacist at Guy’s and St Thomas’ hospital in London and has previous pharmacy experience across community, hospital and industry sectors. She completed her dissertation on the Portrayal of Pharmacists in UK newspapers in relation to patient safety where she explored many themes related to a safety culture, the media’s potential impact on patient interactions with healthcare and media responses to the digitilisation of medicine supply. At CF, Emma has undertaken work including the development of targeted, best-practice initiatives to support client ambitions as well as contributing to the writing of strategy board papers.

Lewis joined Carnall Farrar from the NHS, with operational management and strategy experience. He has a PGDip in Healthcare Leadership and a BSc (Hons) in Global Health.
At CF, his work has included – for example – improving operational pressure and systemic risk responses in a South East England ICS, case for change for clinical services in a London ICS, intra-organisational provider Trust collaboration in London, and ICS development planning in East of England pre-ICS formation
His NHS experience spanned multiple functions including Site Operations hospital management and EPRR, a Medical Director’s Office, strategic innovation at an Academic Health Science Network, and ICS system working. He touched on numerous clinical areas such as neuroscience, children and young people’s services, maternity, mental health, and more. He also developed effective system partnership working with local governments and NHS organisation leaders including at CEO level
Outside of work, he volunteers as an Honorary Lay Member on the Ethics of Research Committee of Queen Mary University of London.
Matt is a Consultant who joined CF after finishing his Masters degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Cambridge. He is passionate about tackling health inequalities and developing innovative solutions to improve NHS service provision and productivity. During his time at CF, Matt has worked with NHSEI and HEE to develop a national workforce supply and demand model, as well as supporting NHSX and the Scottish Chief Scientific Office to scope out opportunities for using routinely collected data within clinical trials. Outside of work, you will more than likely find Matt in the gym or watching sport.
Angharad is an analyst at CF with particular interests in the wider determinants of health and health inequalities. At Carnall Farrar, Angharad has analysed organizational structure and helped highlight opportunities for improvement and, more recently, supported the NHS response to COVID-19. She joined CF after graduating with a Bachelors in Social Anthropology from the University of Cambridge, where her studies allowed her to pursue her interest in the Anthropology of Medicine.
Lisi is a Consultant at CF and is a surgeon by background, with experience across multiple systems, organisations and specialities in the NHS, ranging from primary care to acute trusts and specialist tertiary centres. During her clinical career, her passion for improving healthcare was seen in the numerous projects she led, which focused on improving safety, efficiency and outcomes for patients.
At CF, Lisi has worked on projects ranging from workforce strategy to developing a case for change, as well as offering ongoing clinical insight on many other projects.
Outside of work, Lisi enjoying bingeing on true crime documentaries and finding new places to eat. She is also on a mission to add a puppy to her life.
Leon is a Consultant at CF who joined after working in a specialist healthcare technology team at Deloitte. In this team, he worked on the end-to-end digital transformation of healthcare providers. Leon’s healthcare project experience spans both strategy and implementation and both the public and private sectors.
Prior to this, Leon completed a Masters in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Bristol. At CF, Leon has focused primarily on Population Health Management in the NHS. Outside of work, Leon is a keen kickboxer and jiu-jitsu practitioner.
Chris Smith is a consultant at CF who joined after working as an anaesthetist in the NHS. He combines his clinical expertise, with analytical skill and extensive engagement experience as a clinician and as a consultant. Whilst at CF, Chris has worked on undertaking clinical services review across health systems to support clinical collaboration, most recently in Liverpool. Outside of work, Chris spends him time watching drag race, cycling around East London and finding new places to eat.
My name is Amira Kaskasoli. I attended university in Scotland and graduated with a Master of Pharmacy Degree in 2017 from Robert Gordon University.
Since 2018 I have been working as a qualified pharmacist within the community sector. I am very interested in optimising processes to better address patient and public needs while promoting business objectives. I look forward to working as an Analyst at CF and having the opportunity to work on projects that provide innovative solutions to healthcare that benefit patients and the overall system.
Sagana is an analyst who joined CF after graduating with a degree in Medicine from King’s College London and a masters in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She is passionate about equitable access to care, health policy and medical education. Projects she has worked on include refreshing the clinical strategy and writing the operational business plan of a North East London NHS Trust. Outside of home Sagana can be found curled up with a book, trying to bake vegan pastries and travelling.
Will is a Consultant, who joined CF after a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford. He is passionate about improving access to healthcare and reducing health inequalities within the NHS. He has primarily worked on regional projects, including a comprehensive review of a county’s mental health provision and conducting an integrated impact assessment for a hospital redevelopment programme. In his spare time, Will enjoys playing all sport, reading and going to the theatre.
Florence is an Analyst who joined CF after completing her master’s in Public Health at Imperial College. Here, she was able to explore her interests in health systems and health inequalities particularly in the context of helping to deliver positive change for people’s health and healthcare. Since joining CF, Florence has worked on a range of projects including working with NHSE’s Chief Data and Analytics Office and providing support to CF’s work in Life Sciences. Outside of work, Florence enjoys travelling, considers herself a bit of a foodie and is also delighted to captain the CF netball team.
Rose is an analyst who joined CF having completed a Master’s degree in Biochemistry at Oxford. She is passionate about improving healthcare, having worked in academic research testing diabetes drugs and in patient access to medicines. Since joining CF, she has worked on a clinical strategy project for the ambulance service and on digital transformation with NHS England. Outside of work she enjoys travelling, cooking and running.
Enya is an analyst who joined CF with a clinical background, having worked as a junior doctor in general medicine and surgery. She also has a BSc in global health and MA in Public Policy and has spent time working with think tanks on national and global health issues. She has experience working for NHSE for the Breast Screening Programme, helping with sustainable restoration of the service. Outside of work she enjoys cooking and exploring different cuisines in London, and reading.
Julia Dela Rosa, Analyst at CF, is a Biochemistry graduate with a background in academic research and ample healthcare experience. Alongside her aspirations for the life sciences and health, she has a wide range of leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Most recently, she has provided analytical support in mental health-focused projects, developing strategic and operational recommendations. Outside of work, Julia enjoys going to the gym, going for scenic runs (not walks) and watching crime documentaries with her dog.
Tom is an Analyst who joined CF following his studies where he developed a passion for tackling health inequalities within the health system. Since joining CF, he has worked on a review of children, young people, maternity and neonatal services across North Central London and has been involved in the marketing corporate function. Outside of work, Tom enjoys cooking, socialising with friends and playing rugby on a Saturday.
Pippa joined CF as a project coordinator following previous roles of working within international corporate events. She has provided project management support to several teams during her time at CF, with a focus on driving efficiencies within mental health services.
A passionate problem solver in both work and personal settings, Pippa thrives in organising social activities for groups of friends, enjoying live music, and getting involved in any foodie-related discussions or activities!
Katherine joined CF in October 2021 as a Project Coordinator. Prior to joining CF she worked st The Behvaioural Inisghts Team providing project management support to the research team. Since joining CF Katherine has supported a variety of project outputs including a case for change, a workforce plan and an implementation plan. Outside of work Katherine enjoys listening to true crime podcasts, borrowing as many dogs as time allows and going to museums to sit in the cafe and eat cake.
Known as AJ by her friends and colleagues, AJ is a 1st class Psychology graduate from the University of Pretoria, South Africa. Here, she worked with charities and university societies where she was dedicated to counselling and assisting students, both on- and off-campus, with their mental health and wellbeing. She moved to London in 2019 to join a startup recruitment agency assisting tech and digital scale-ups grow their teams. She now supports the corporate team at CF with resourcing, associate and bid operations. She has also lived in Denmark where she spent time getting to know her Scandinavian heritage and family. AJ loves nothing more than her 3 dogs, trying new cuisines, and beating England at rugby!
Jamie is a Coordinator within CF’s Recruitment team, responsible for sourcing and attracting talent across the organisation and managing the internal process. He works to ensure a high-quality candidate experience, and a positive first impression of CF and its values. He is an advocate for ED&I and embracing creative ways to ensure fair opportunities within the recruitment practice.
Prior to joining CF, he worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant for a boutique agency, serving software vendors globally within the Manufacturing, Life-Science, Chemical and O&G verticals.
Outside of work, Jamie enjoys activities such as Surfing, Football, Guitar and Film Photography.
Victoria is a Senior EA at CF with over 10 years experience in administration and managing c level executives.
Victoria is passionate about driving change in the healthcare system through supporting the leadership and project teams. She has worked on many projects from NHS, Life Sciences to International such as Qatar, ABPI, and the Isle of Wight.
Outside of work, Victoria is a mum of Luca and likes to explore UK destinations together, especially those with wildlife.
Rosie is a Senior Executive Assistant at CF, providing support to Ben Richardson and Bev Evans. Rosie works closely with the Life Science & Data Innovation teams assisting with project support and business growth. She is also a member of the CSR team and is passionate about making an impact beyond client work.
Outside of work, Rosie enjoys keeping fit and being a dog mum.
Laura is an Executive Assistant, who joined CF in 2016. Laura supports CF Partners and teams by providing focused support with prioritisation, diary management and logistics. Laura also coordinates our ISO certification and processes. Laura is passionate about good mental health in the workplace and leads our internal wellbeing training for new joiners alongside our Chief Executive, Hannah.
Away from CF, Laura runs a small business growing and arranging flowers and looks after a badly behaved dog.
Ellie joined CF in June 2019 as a Personal Assistant and is now Executive Assistant to the CEO, providing support across the CEO’s consultancy projects within the NHS and to the internal CF leadership projects and responsibilities.
Ellie graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BSc Hons in International Hospitality Management, and has previously worked in marketing and events roles within the luxury hospitality sector, specialising in wedding planning.
Outside of work, Ellie enjoys keeping an active and healthy lifestyle, and spending time with family and friends.
