Becky is an experienced health and social care consultant with a track record of delivering change and improved performance. She leads our performance improvement service line and has deep experience in identifying opportunities to enhance service and system design and supporting teams to deliver.  She uses thorough understanding of operational processes, rigorous problem-solving techniques, and excellent interpersonal skills to drive planning and implementation of financial and operational performance. Becky previously worked across many acute and community health providers in adult social care, for health and care systems and independent sector providers.

Example client projects

Led a regional planning and modelling team to support the region and its constituent ICSs, providers and boroughs to understand their acute, community and social care demand and capacity and predict future requirements during the first wave of the Covid pandemic.

Supporting a challenged urgent and emergency care system over winter to identify the root drivers of poor four-hour emergency delivery performance and supporting the delivery of improvements.

Supporting a Trust to develop and deliver programmes to reduce length of stay and temporary staffing spend, identifying the scale of opportunity and areas for improvement. 

Developing an intermediate care model for a UK county, working with clinicians and professionals to outline a model that best supported people to be independent, and working with finance professionals to model the required investment and savings across the system. 

Supporting the alignment of clinical and professional system leaders to enable development of a clinical vision and strategy for a Sustainable Transformation Partnership.
