Commenting on his appointment, Densmore added, "I'm thrilled to share that I've joined CF as Chief Technology Officer. Over the past two decades, I've had the privilege of working across sectors to help organisations unlock value by developing applications, automation, analytics, and AI to turn data into insights and drive efficiencies that make a tangible impact. At CF, I'm excited to be turning my attention to the purpose-rich mission of healthcare; helping clients apply realise their AI ambitions to the benefit of patients and customers everywhere."

CF is well known for having access to more data on the NHS than any other company and for being experts in its use, as recognised by its multiple awards as the best provider of healthcare analytics. The company has now evolved to digital AI applications, having been at the forefront of applying data science to healthcare and serving as pioneers in integrating data insights into tools that support clients across the entire health ecosystem.

We have evolved from supporting Covid pandemic decision-making to becoming partners with the NHS, Palantir and Accenture in the Federated Data Platform programme, which has rolled out to more than 80 hospitals across the country.

This evolution, combined with CF's expansion into new markets including Saudi Arabia where health systems are embracing data, digital and AI innovations, has created the need for an experienced technology leader to engage with clients and guide the company's own technology choices.
