I am personally thrilled to see that CF have been shortlisted with Lancashire and South Cumbria STP for the HSJ Partnership award for Healthcare Analytics and the award for System and Data Integration. The advancement in analytics across healthcare is a vital to both help consultants and systems move faster in implementation of recommendations, but also in giving systems the ability to exploit the data to unlock new opportunities. The work we achieved in Lancashire and South Cumbria saw the creation of a truly integrated dataset which allowed systems across Primary and Secondary care, adapt their services to better meet population needs, which allowed 23,000 more patients to receive care closer to home and helped systems save £88m as 600 acute hospital beds are freed up.
