The MCA is the Management Consultancies Association, which acts as the voice of the consulting industry and represents the UK’s leading management consultancy firms. The awards have been an integral industry event in the UK consulting calendar for over 25 years and demonstrate the positive value of consulting to both the public and private sector and the impact consulting has on society.
CF has been shortlisted for Best Use of Thought Leadership and Strategy, reflecting work that has moved from analysis into action at scale:
Best Use of Thought Leadership with Boehringer Ingelheim
Commissioned by Boehringer Ingelheim, we produced a landmark analysis of chronic kidney disease in England. The analysis exposed stark deprivation-driven inequalities in both diagnosis and treatment. The resulting Case for Change will have implications for over seven million people living with CKD in England.

Strategy with NHS South West London Integrated Care Board
Commissioned by NHS South West London ICB, we developed a 10-year transformation plan for a population of 1.9 million people. Using a proprietary population segmentation model, CF identified more than £1.2 billion in opportunities across commissioner and provider organisations, projected to 28,000 patients prevented from developing serious health conditions, a reduction in hospital beds, and a return from significant deficit to surplus.
