On 27th March, NHS England released its 2024/25 Operational Planning Guidance and Priorities.
The three focus areas for 2024/25; recovering core services, supporting the workforce and improving productivity are underpinned by a number of objectives across emergency, primary and community care and mental health services.
The guidance sets out a number of evidence-based measures to deliver these improvements at a local and national level, as well as the metrics NHS England will be focusing on.
