Applications are now open
Your rewarding career starts here.
Apply to our Analyst Programme and join a team of people improving health and care for everyone.
Everyone at CF is passionate about healthcare. We understand the vital role it plays in a well-functioning society and the difference good health and care make to individual lives.
We recruit talented graduates to our Analyst Programme who share our passion. Bright minds committed to understanding how health and care systems work and connect and are motivated to support transformation. People who are collaborative, enthusiastic, and can inspire clients to make change.
You need to have an aptitude for stakeholder engagement as much as you do for analysis and reporting. A skill for generating fresh ideas and writing strategies as much as supporting clients to deliver on them. The ability to draw insights from data and a genuine desire to continuously learn.
If that sounds like you, then your rewarding career starts here.
Why join CF?
A purpose you care about
Our purpose as a business is very clear. We exist to create opportunities for improved health and care for everyone. We do that by inspiring our clients to embrace change and innovation; by enabling them to become financially and operationally sustainable; by working with the most challenged to the highest performing organisations to improve patient care.
Ambition and values you share
We want to be a world-leading healthcare consulting and analytics company, which is only achievable with a team of trusted, talented and dedicated people who share our ambition and values. Our success is fully aligned with yours.
Our values are simple:
- We are passionate about healthcare; driven by a deep commitment to improving and transforming health and care systems
- We build trusted client relationships; supporting each other and becoming close advisors to our clients
- We create possibilities; through our energy for change and the fresh perspective and pragmatic approach we offer
- We respond with agility; meeting evolving needs and addressing complex challenges with flexibility
- We are courageous; willing to do something different and stand up for what we believe in, at the same time having the humility to listen and learn
- We draw and build on each other’s strengths; bringing the best out in all of us through collaboration
People you respect
There is a vast amount of knowledge and experience to draw on at CF. You will learn and grow as an analyst every day, enabling you to make fast progress towards the next stage of your career. You’re expected and encouraged to engage directly with our founders and partners, who have led change in major healthcare systems; and equally to learn from our talented wider team of consultants, who have advised and worked in major healthcare systems as well as pharma and life sciences companies.
Personal development you’ll thrive on
Analysts begin their training at CF with an intensive residential induction programme. You are equipped with all the fundamental skills and tools required for a management consultant, including communication, problem-solving and team-working techniques. You also develop your knowledge of the NHS and public sector.
Your development programme from your induction onwards is focused on real-life projects. No sitting in lecture rooms making notes on the theory. You learn on the job alongside your team, making an impact from day one. We wouldn’t have hired you if weren’t capable. In addition to on-the-job learning, you’ll have access to an extensive range of in-house and external training opportunities.
A supportive and motivating culture
Before you join CF, you’ll be paired up with a “buddy” who can help with all the practical aspects of joining the business. When you join – right from day one – you’ll be given a development sponsor to help you understand your skills and abilities, which areas you need to work on, and how you can achieve the next stage in your career ambitions.
Most importantly you’ll have ready access to everyone else in the business, at every level. Our open-plan office means there are no closed doors to questions, learning or fresh ways of doing things. However, you’ll need to take the initiative, by putting your ideas forward and saying what you want to get involved in. Opportunities will be plentiful as a result.
An exciting future
We’ve grown to 50+ people in just six years and the future is looking equally exciting as our consultancy continues to move with healthcare developments and take the lead on innovation and change.
We’re embracing technology-led approaches to health and care; we’re driving ever-closer connections between care systems and communities; we’re linking ground-breaking life sciences organisations to health systems, and our analytics function is leading the way in delivering data-led insights for effective population health management.
