On Thursday 22 September, Tarka Talent hosted their first Women in Consulting networking and panellist event, with our very own Bev Evans as one of the six panellists of inspiring women!
During the event we heard about the panellists’ lived experiences as women in consulting; both how they came to be successful in senior leadership roles, as well as the challenges they have faced as females in the industry. We were inspired to hear individuals speak so openly about their journeys, including how they have responded to biases and assumptions around their gender, age and ethnicity, prominent individuals that mentored and supported them along the way, and reflections on how women can be better supported to strive in their careers. It was uplifting to see the unity among women within the room, with a key message around our role as women to intentionally support and empower one another.
We at CF are very grateful to work alongside many strong female leaders and are very proud of Bev Evans for representing CF at this the event.
